We stand behind the quality of our LED Makeup Boxes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your LED Makeup Box must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition with all accessories included
  • In original packaging (or securely packaged)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact our support team at Sajudua16@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for the return and photos if requested
  3. Receive return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us (a prepaid label will be provided)
  5. We inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer after inspection

What's Not Returnable

  • Used or damaged items (signs of normal wear)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Orders returned after 7 days
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

Damaged or Defective Items

If damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Sajudua16@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
