We ship across India. Some remote areas may take longer.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 5-7 business days
• Other areas: 7-15 business days
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Timelines are estimates only

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on orders above 250rs
• Standard shipping: ₹100 for orders below

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS after shipment.

Damaged Items

If your LED Makeup Box arrives damaged:

1. Don't accept the package
2. Email Sajudua16@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours
3. We'll send a replacement or full refund

Lost Packages

If a package is lost after 15 days, we'll refund or replace it.
